Neil Marco Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 Hi!I'm doing some HS work before my foundation one exercises, mainly stomach to wall HS.It's going well and feels easier day by day. Always striving for proper bodyline.The problem is, when I try to push out really hard from the shoulders my elbows are starting to pop and crack, a sound like when someone cracks his knuckles. It is an occourance in both elbows somtimes just one, sometimes both of them.I do not feel any pain during or after the cracking but I fear that I will damage them. These sounds are coming right at the first set. I try to warm up my joints before the work. Is it a problem or is it normal? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
