Anders Alexandersson
You should not train all 7 movements each day because that won't give you enough time to recover. You have scheduling options, and it's all explained in F1.
Stefan Hinote
How does it take for an average person to perform all 7 movements each day, including rest time? It's 3-4 exercises + 3-4 mobility work per work out day. Takes me a total of ~40minutes, and then I go on to additional training. Really makes no sense to tear apart the programming, and pick and choose what you want to work on--sorta defeats the entire purpose.

FREDERIC DUPONT
(...) Whatever you do, just make sure you always give your personal best every time to it. I like that... a lot!its corollary is: if you're going to do it, do it right!
