Cody Hahn
Hey guys, This might not exactly be equipment per se, but I didn't want to stick it in Community. As always, this is not marketing. What do you think about the product Correct Toes? Has anybody used them? I've looked at them for a while but never purchased them. In case nobody has a clue, they are designed by a podiatrist named Ray Mclanahan. He takes a more holistic, healing approach to foot/ankle/lower leg problems. Kind of a refreshing viewpoint in contrast to the "put orthotics on everyone because the human foot is inherently mishapen or imperfect". Whatever that really means. He also has a line of metatarsal pads that are placed under the ball of the foot to slowly train the fat pad backward into a more healthy position. Stefan Hinote
Have you thought about wearing minimalist type shoes? I'd try that first. Check out Vibram, and softstarshoes.com These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and I'll never buy anything else: http://www.softstarshoes.com/running-moccasins/moc3-runamoc.html
