emos
This fellow is known to at least some of you. Here's a rings training compilation from him recently. Any comments? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGHslbdTyMA "Published on Dec 6, 2012This year, rings and pull up bars have been my sole sources of upper body strength and development training other than deadlifts in my garage (which works the back and grip). I cancelled my gym membership last year to save money, so this has been it. I do this on my lunch hour at work 3 days a week. I've loved it. I want to get even better at rings, they're really cool!" yuri marmerstein
I love juji, but there is nothing impressive here really. Classic example of a really strong guy whose elbows have now become his weak link
AlexX
Haha man Juji's stuff is how I originally started teaching myself tumbling before getting coaching. Glad to see he is still at it and as crazy as ever. Tricks Tutorials was also the first forum that I use to frequent and I really liked his articles on training and nutrition. This guy inspired a whole generation of tricksters. His tricks did look a lot better when he was a bit lighter though.
alec_ar
Cool stuff. Especially for a guy his size! But yea, the poor dude barely locks out his elbows once when he's on the rings.
