Rest days with just FSP's are around 2800 Cal and hard training days are closer to 3400-3600 Cal.Don't you think a WOD would be around 8-9 METs? I do the WODs for Monday and Tuesday back-to-back on Tuesday's and usually get about 50-60g P (whey) and 90-110g C (sweet potato) afterwards and feel pretty good with swift recovery.
