I'm keeping the differences within 600 Cal or so... Rest days with just FSP's are around 2800 Cal and hard training days are closer to 3400-3600 Cal.

Don't you think a WOD would be around 8-9 METs? I do the WODs for Monday and Tuesday back-to-back on Tuesday's and usually get about 50-60g P (whey) and 90-110g C (sweet potato) afterwards and feel pretty good with swift recovery.

WODs here would be 10-12 METs for sure, if done as prescribed. Maybe only 6-8 or so for the maximal strength days and 8-9 for basic strength days, but the dynamic WODs are on the high end no doubt!
