Ruffneck89 Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 Is it wise to traing both strength, using heavy added weight on dips and pullups, and endurance, lots of reps and super sets, together in the same week as a normal weekly routine. I have read different answers to this before. Some say training both is fine, some say you should train one or the other at a given time. What do you guys/girls think?
