Nice selection of movements, however your execution is flawed; there is far too much lower back arch and not nearly enough upper back arch. For the time being my recommendation would be to perform your bridge work with your feet elevated to remove the stress off of the lower back. This removal of lower back stress will then allow you to focus on opening up your upper back by attempting to press your shoulders out over your hands.

do you mean standing on the toes when doing a bridge or getting the feet on a bench/cube or something to elevate it?

maybe i can do wall walks to the opposite side where the legs are controlling the elevation

thanks , i'll try it

i was used to doing bridges all the time while i was doing martial arts ,

then i stopped doing bridge for 3 years,

because i wasn't focusing on it at that time,

then yesterday i got back to it again,

and it reminded me the bridge is a great excercise for the back and spine

i'll improve my technique and flexibiliy on it
