Coach Sommer
Nice selection of movements, however your execution is flawed; there is far too much lower back arch and not nearly enough upper back arch. For the time being my recommendation would be to perform your bridge work with your feet elevated to remove the stress off of the lower back. This removal of lower back stress will then allow you to focus on opening up your upper back by attempting to press your shoulders out over your hands.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
igalk474
yeah, i shot this after a long workout, thanks! , i'll work on itdo you mean standing on the toes when doing a bridge or getting the feet on a bench/cube or something to elevate it?maybe i can do wall walks to the opposite side where the legs are controlling the elevationthanks! Coach Sommer
Feet up on a bench etc would be perfect. Opposite side wall walks are also a good choice.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
