Larry Roseman
Received a link to a free nutrition book, which is perhaps being distributed to promote the new field of "health coach" from the author's online school. That said it's free so it is worth the price. Now that I've gotten about half-way through, not counting the recipies it's an interesting and fairly easy read. His approach is totally accepting of just about any and all eating approaches, and is probably most helpfulto those people who are dealing with issues such as cravings or just want to get a better understandingof some of the popular approaches dietary patterns and the history leading up to the state of nutrition today. It's not scientific at all (thus far), and some of the statements he makes are a bit far out, but it's well written andinformative overall. The concepts can be applied to any eating approach. It doesn't cover sports nutrition, however it have a overall and total health perspective including emotional and spiritual, which I think can be overlooedby thinking only on sports nutrition. Thought provoking."Integrative Nutrition" https://s3.amazonaws.com/integrativenut ... te_PDF.pdf
