HELP ME,Please!!! Weight menagement

Hi,all.I need tremendeous help,because i`m too confused and nervious,so many diffrent information on the internet i got compleatly lost !!! Usually i train gymnastics,and i`m really passionated to become really good on floor.I was really heavy 76.8 kg,for my height 170.I`ve lost kilos and reached 65.EVERYTHING has improuved so much !!!It was more easy,i got hard moves.When i was 65 i was with 3% body fat.And i`ve noticed that my endurence is less than before.I gained one kilo at 66.4 i had my best performances ever.But after that i started to fear to not gain weight again.I`m always watching my food,but somehow i retain some quantity of water(i drink enough water,i dont take salt),also even if i eat less than 1500 calories a day if i dont they are not digesting...Usually i gain weight really easy

Okay now my questions:

-If i gain muscle mass,will it affect on my floor performance,will i feel heavyer ? Because the muscle is helping but still even its lean its makeing diffrence on the scale.

-For my height what is the maximum weight for maximum results

-How should i handle with water intake and holding

-What to do on non training days (2 days a week)

Dont want to start eating disorders :X

I also gain weight ( fat) really easily I found running cures that though. Just 10km a couple times a week was perfect for keeping it off of course it also comes down to diet if you eat too much of the wrong stuff it just gets stored. As for the rest of it well I have no idea I imagine you are no where near the weight in muscle you could be before it actually affects your performance.. I think the best gymnasts in the world sit around 22-23 on the bmi scale on average probably with 10% maybe less BF so that might be a good indicator? Then again there are some ring specialists at 25 who still own the floor. As well as over 6 foot gymnast who still excel on the floor so I think for you it shouldn't be anything to worry about any time soon.

First of all, 3% BF isn't healthy in any way shape or form. My doctor recommended me not to go below 6-7% BF, since that can lead to all sorts of unpleasantries including but not limited to erectile dysfunction.

Second of all 1500 calories for an active young male at 65 kilos is way below maintenance. You need to up your calorie intake significantly. Somewhere between 2500 and 3000 kcal a day would be a good place to start, then adjust as necessary depending on your goals (cutting weight or gaining weight).

If you're worried about putting on too much muscle mass, just don't eat as much (but still more than a 10 year old girl mind you). Just experiment a bit by yourself and see what works for you basically. You seem to be active enough that you should'nt fret too much over this stuf. Stick to whole foods and hit your macronutrient and micronutrient needs and you'll be fine.

Yeah, maintaining sub 5% body fat is very difficult, even for males. You have to spot on about everything, no buffer room.

One, unless it's a hydrostatic or DEXA test, you probably aren't 5% body fat. Calipers have a margin of error and those bioelectric impedence machines are useless.

You cannot function without ample water intake. Don't be dumb.

Honestly, unless you are training to be an Elite or near Elite, you don't have to worry about these issues.

I would hope you are not fretting about not being able to do B level moves or A level moves. If we are talking C's, D's, and E's then it could be warranted.
