Brian Li Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 I don't have any videos of these, but you just start with your hands in front of your torso and pull the bands back to when your arms are in the same plane as your body and with your hands in line with your hips at the sides (so about 45 degree angles at the shoulders). You can also do a similar exercise with dumbbells where you lie face down on a bench with the DBs on the floor and pull them up and out till your arms are in the same plane as your body which would look like a maltese on the bench.
