Ian Myers Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 Hey guysMy handstand has improved vastly since training them stomach to wall, but my lack of shoulder flexibility seems to limit me. Anyone have specific stretches for developing more open shoulders? I do all of the active flexibility drills coach has at the end of the wods, are these enough? Ido? can't recall) recommends doing the stretch where you grab a stick about shoulder width apart with an underhand grip, place your elbows on a surface, and then bend forward, sticking your head through the arms.
