Chris Cantrell Posted June 7, 2012 Share Posted June 7, 2012 I am trying to mix up somehting easy to eat quickly that gives me the hourly dose of protein Josh suggested. Its pretty hard to do without also getting some carbs and fat.If I need 6 grams of carbs per hour after making it edible and easy to store/carry around, I end up with 10g of protein 12g of fat and 4g of carbs.Is this cool, or doing more harm than good?
