juiop Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Hi all,I seem to have scapular tightness/pain (its a grey area, hard to say what it is) whenever i move my shoulders back by sticking my chest out. FREDERIC DUPONT Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Poor Julop, you are falling apart my friend!Between that right wrist/forearm pain when doing wrist pushups and this shoulder/scapular pain after doing fsp work, I believe it would be wise to stop what you are doing for a little while to rest and examine what is going on.Then reintroduce that which doesn't hurt, slowly, with little volume, and reduced intensity, see how it goes, and adjust from there.
