newguy5000 Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 Just read Anthony Field the Blue 'Wiggle' of the Wiggles book. He talks about how he got his life back on track after illness. Some interesting stuff in there on diet, and how to walk using the human body as a 'spring' much like Coach talks about gymnasts training the body to be a spring which was interesting. He also does some basic gymnastics stuff as his main training - an Olympic Gymnastic Coach lives next door to him and helped along with his routine.ANyway its a good read with some fun gymnastic stuff in it from a laymans perspective and a bit of a feel good story.
