Sune 1 Posted June 9, 2012 The amount of time he spends in handstand in each set is almost never less than a minute, I wonder how much time he spends on his hands in a training session. The consecutive split presses in the beginning were ridiculously perfect.
Ian Legrow 11 Posted June 10, 2012 Unfrotunatly, the strddle presses he did in the beginning, while incredible, where not perfect. If you notice he does not keep his arms straight the whole time for any rep. I am not close to that, but i do that kind of disappointed me
Mikael Kristiansen 491 Posted June 10, 2012 His arms are straight on those presses, it is just the angle and the fact that his shoulders need to go a bit front to enter straddle L that makes it look like he bends. He is very strong and technical. The by far most impressive thing he does is the 3 consecutive 1 arm presses. The rest of the stuff hard, but is a cakewalk compared to that.
