I am completely new to training and would like to work to the above 3 holds.

Have anyone got any routines to achieve the above holds?

Hello,

I recommend you to buy the BtGB book,

and you should also check out these topics:

In simplest terms: Start with whichever progression you are able to do for the planche and front lever-> figure out what your max time is for the holds and then base your sets around that-> train the holds at least a few times per week-> increase the time for your sets as you get stronger -> go to the next progression once you've built enough strength in the current one->Rinse and repeat until you're at the final progression.

How long it takes to develop a move just depends on how strong lb for lb you are to start off with. Can take anywhere from months to years. Slow but steady progress is perfect, so as long as you're seeing some increases in your hold times from month to month don't even worry about it.

The human flag really doesn't have a nice series of progressions like the planche and front lever do. If you can't hold yourself up in the easier flag positions (legs bent, body high, body low, and straddle are going to be easier to hold than legs and body perfectly straight) then just work on your overall strength until you have the necessary strength to start training it.
