Charel Marais
Hey guys,I've noticed some weakness in my adductor muscles (actually mainly on the right leg) and was wondering if someone could suggest some proper/effective strengthening excercises and/or stretches that target the adductor muscles specifically. They seem to take serious strain when I do handstand presses (especially straddled!) and when doing tucked planches... Any recommendations will be much appreciated!Happy training!! Julekman
- sumo squats, horse stance, - lay on the ground legs in the air 90 angle and then spread yor legs and back. 50-100 reps, after that go with some weights on your ankles. - stand position, lift one leg as side kick, attach some elastic tubes on the ankle, other side on some bar, then pull leg down, etc. Be careful with all exercises for adductors, its easy to injure yourself. go easy from the startsorry if my english is not perfect to explain properly. Hope that helps
