i find that when i am training front levers( i am on the advanced tuck) i can hold the positiong just fine, and then all of a sudden i guess you could say, i lose the tension in my right arm and my right arm drops a little bit. it feels like myh shoulder or shoulder blade or scapula moves into a different posiiton....it always screws me upp. especially in later sets. any suggestions?

How long are you holding this for?

If > 15 seconds just come down before that happens.

If <15 seconds, scale down and put more focus unto your scaps.

I can hold an advanced tuck for 15 sec. But towards the end it does it. And I have to fight to get it back up. Doesn't realy work. I guess ill just scale down and focus on that and try and come down before it happens...hmmm

With SSC you should come down at a calculated time, not when your body fails. So if your max is 30 at that position, come down at 15.

that what i do. my max hold in this posiiton is 15 sec. so ive been training it in sets of 5-7 sec. until i reach 1 minute
