Alessandro Mainente Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 hi to everyone, for increase the body strength in order to become more proficient with the gymnastic skill, what are the big exercises where you have always to improve your strength?or there are some exercises better than others?for example follow a strength progression (with only the goal to become stronger) withring dipspull upshanging leg liftsbench presshspumuscle upis a great thing or it's not necessary? or there are some exercises that i don't have mentioned wich are better then these?!
