it kinda feels like heat sometimes. Really wierd. Right in the upper right pec. sometimes top bicep. Never had and injuries. A happend a day before i got my rings. Would i still be able to move my arm? i can still do a wall handstand at about 90% and a ring dip support.

If you had completely torn your bicep at the shoulder which would be the long head of the bicep you would have what's called a 'popeye' deformity. In that your bicep would look like it had dropped and was balled up a bit at the elbow. I doubt you have this as you would probably realise. That being said you still may have injured your bicep tendon at the shoulder but over the net no one will really be able to tell you

Heat is usually from inflammation (increased blood flow), perhaps from muscle fibers tearing, aka strain.

Start icing for 10 mins every few hours. (I've read slizz's comment to go straight to heat - see his point but

typically ice is recommended for the first day or two to avoid excessive bleeding).

Then heat, soft tissue work, massage, pec stretches to reduce scar tissue buildup.
