Seiji Posted August 27, 2011 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Probably not every day, everyone needs rest, and you have to take breaks every once in a while if you're dealing with pure strength. It's not really safe to load your ligaments every day like gymnasts do either, even with the skills they have.
