Hey, when I posted my plans for my new routine a few months ago gregor asked me to put some video's on:

So this how I train my strenght : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GI4pC9kXu5A

Info; This is me doing my strenght training I do this 3 times a week, do you guys think this is enough, I do every excercise 1 time. (the text at the end is about the last movements I do on the pommel horse with the weights) At the end i also do some pull-ups, dips, and other general strenght, but I don't do benchpress right now, Maybe I should add that to my strenght? I also putted a sideview in so you can see how my coach spots me, do you think he's spotting right?

I filmed this on a not so verry strong day, I wanted to make other video but I'm having a foot injury right now, and I'm not able to stand right now, so I'm taking a 3days break.

All hints and tricks are verry welcome!

And this is me building up my routine for the first time : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPgpj2oAFwQ

Info; Not a superstrong day, you can see that on my inverted cross, normaly its a few degrees lower but still to high, positions aren't good yet, and it's done in a few pieces, but I think its a good start, my first competition is in october, but I probebly won't do my hardest routine over there, it's just a little test. So I have time for this routine till december, I also added me building up my floor routine at the end of the video.

All hints and tricks are verry welcome!

If you have questions just ask! :)

And sorry about the watermark but some video's were shoot with my phone :)

Thanks! :)

For first video:

*You don't lack behind for truly impresive strength just litlle time and work.

*How is your azarian on doing yourself without any spot? It seems you do to much spotting of azarian and far to less alone.

Try less reps with assistance: for example 2x5 IC pulls to suport assisted, then rest, do 2-3 azarians assisted with less helpo then seen on video, next try it alone 2x (if it wasn't good at all, go back to spotting and none alone that training).

*spotting seems good especialy from IC to inverted (I had never that good spot and had to do it alone to figure it out).

* maltese (little to low legs, try to lean forward even though you will think you are to low and film it; it should be better).

*about spotting you must tell coach where you think he helps you to much (when you know you could that part with less spot).

*weights: try 5x3 reps scheme with higher load!

Second video:

* I saw azarian here, not bad, but you need to do them more without of spot.

*swings you already know.

* nakayama: don't hold hollow position just concentrate on shoulder strength.

Ok thanks,

well for the maltese to planche, I always drop my feet, do you know how I can get rid of that?

So sumarry

* More azarians alone

* Tell my coach were he helps to much

* More weights and less reps when training biceps, inverted cross and maltese on a bench?

And do you think this is enough strenght for one day? or should I do more, because I do every excersise only once?

And wangtang recomanded bench press, is this important, if yes, allot of reps or allot of weight?

And thanks for fast help, I will be recovering from foot injury so I will have allot of time for strenght, any things in my schedule that I forgot? :)

I have same problem doing that. I'm always trying to rise shoulders instead of lean on shoulders slightly and making hollow position through pushnig rings down.

Yes for the biceps and maltese. For inverted not sure, how will you react (arhing and so on).

Ok, I'm going to work hard on that maltese push to planch and inverted cross when recovering, I think with all the time I can put in strenght now, I should be able to do them in 2weeks.
