chingyvang
Back in school we were all encouraged to get our five servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Now in the athletic world, all I hear is Protein comes first, then carbs and fat. Are fruits really that fatty?
Joshua Naterman
No, people saying that are halfway retarded.Only halfway though, it depends somewhat on what you call a fruit or vegetable. Melons are NOT fruits, and tubers are NOT vegetables. They have their place, but you need to know what they do in your body.As long as your overall carb intake doesn't top off your liver you don't need to worry about eating too much fruit, and even then if you're having 1 piece at a time or 2-3 at breakfast you will do no harm whatsoever to your fat loss and will help a good deal with your overall health.
