Blairbob Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 This is kind of a loaded/dumb question. Actually I would say negatives versus statics or dynamics. Point being is one modality would leave you holes in your overall strength or performance as a gymnast. If all you cared about was being in shape, dynamics are probably fine.
