XR Dips and HSPU's?

Recommended Posts

Do the XR Dips and HSPU's hold back each other if I train them one after another.

Let's say HSPU's on Monday and XR dips on Tuesday.

I know that they are both vertical pushing exercises and I'm not sure if using the same muscles in a diffrent movement on the other day holds back recovery and training.

Any Idea?
