norbeex3 Posted May 26, 2011 Share Posted May 26, 2011 Do the XR Dips and HSPU's hold back each other if I train them one after another.Let's say HSPU's on Monday and XR dips on Tuesday.I know that they are both vertical pushing exercises and I'm not sure if using the same muscles in a diffrent movement on the other day holds back recovery and training.Any Idea?
