Wod is used for strength development of coach´s athletes, usually some of them will upscale some exercises as they are strong enough. Of course they are practicing skills in different elements as floor, rings, high bar... stretching and prehab. You can place your WOD anywhere you want in your training, just warm up carefully and do some dynamic stretching if you wish before WOD. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
