with the wods is there a discernible order in which i should do them or is it really just pick one and do it. also should i first become proficient in fl, bl, planche and mu to start these or should i scale each exercise and still work on progressing each to its fullest in addition to wods?

Just start following them, one after the other, 3-4 days a week. You could start this coming Monday (they work in a Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri system), or you could start with the Monday or last week so that you'd get a chance to see how everyone else scaled the exercises.
You will have to scale the exercises a LOT and maybe do less rounds at times. I think that, optimally, you should be able to do all the sets and reps of the exercises after you substitute easier ones in for the harder ones. If you read how others are scaling, you'll develop an intuition for how to do it properly.
And don't forget the FSP warm up! That's really important. Just use the search function (top right) if you don't know where to find them. Slizzardman has a good video of them on his youtube channel.
Hope this helps.
thanks. i kinda answered my own question after looking at the killroy template that someone sent me on my previous post. but i won't delete this in case some other newbie stumbles onto this with the same question i had. here the link to the killroy i was talking about

question about the killroy template though. my goal first and formost is building up to mainly ring strength exercises does the template killrow setup apply to that it looked like it did as long as i used the ring variation of everything?
