David Picó García
Great!!!For me the 2007 routine from Chen Yibing was absolutly amazing, the rings seems to be fixed with almost no swing at all.
Alessandro Mainente
why the routines change in this way?is only a question of "make the higher score"?or is possible that with the time were discovered some tecniques wich permitt the decrease of the time to learn a skill?how can a gymnast become so strong at an age lower than another gymnast? Blairbob
The chinese and russians as well as other eastern european countries have had more definited and determined training programs and systems than the west FOR YEARS. They also have sport schools and better programs to pick and train talent from and they probably lose fewer trainees to other sports like in the west. As well, the new FIG Code since 2004 has lended itself toward valuing difficulty score over execution. And of course, more specialists pushing the events even up further notches since the 90s.
