This one is aimed specifically at Ido. What size meals/snacks do you suggest upon? and should protein be part of every meal?

Size depends on the person, of course. If carb-intolerent, 2.2-3.3 gr/kg of lean body weight a day, divided over 6-8 meals. (Lean body weight - not body weight)

Add to the protein unlimited green veggies, omega-3 2-10 capsules a meal and another healthy fat source (nuts, avocado, etc) if the protein source is lean.

Protein is part of every meal. period. Forget the old school 'snack on fruits', it is the best way to get fat and feel sluggish.

Post workout is of course different.

Keep good fatty acids apart from a training at least 2 hours prior and after your workout. We don't wan't these good fatty acids to go to waste.
