Philip Chubb Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Don't feel bad. That surprises a lot of people when they first learn about going no wheat too. Cross contamination really does suck. At least it is less than eating a whole pizza. For more intolerant people though, the hidden gluten is easily noticed afterward. Same here. Adaptation itself as easy. Keeping myself from all the readily available carbs was difficult. I really think food manufacturers put some strange stuff in processed food. I can eat fruit in moderation easily or even some sweetend almond milk. But for some reason things like doughnuts or pizza are downright addicting..
