Mehmet Yuce Posted December 10, 2010 Share Posted December 10, 2010 How about this one:Raw Almond butter (3 Tbsp),Macadamia nut butter (3 Tbsp),Whey protein powder (2 scoops),Raw honey (1 Tbsp).Blend everything with fork until it's mixed well. These are the amounts I came up with, nothing sacred about them. And of course I have to mention that I don't eat the whole thing in one sitting. It's no calorie-deficient snack.
