Paul Gray
GuysI've seen a couple of hints from people that they would prepare a list of full body stretches for the beginner, both active and passive stretches which they should be performing, but have not been able to find this. Does anyone have the link to this?Coach has suggested to start with one full body stretching session per week- with at least 30mins of hard work  Does anyone have such a list which states the stretches we should all be doing in this time, which are critical to our development in the field of gymnastics? I'm finding that personally going through the forums and finding random bits is giving me a headache and until Liquid steel comes out (or you're lucky enough to attend the seminars), it's pretty much a guessing game... Blairbob
Check out http://www.drillsandskills.com They have a list of most of the ones you're going to need. 90-95% of them. Or check out this page. It has more stretching resources. http://agt.degreesofclarity.com/stretching/
