Best Books for a Beginner

Hey guys, new to this whole gymnastic

thing and have been comming across

a lot of stuff about the human body

and strength/ endurance training progressions

that have surprised me.

I wanted to specifically know the MUST-read

books that you reccomed on:

-Fexibility training

-Strength training

-Endurance training

-Anything else related to gymnastics or improving you endurance

I heard this Pavel guy has some good books, but he has a lot

of books (just checked).

SO if you don't mind could you post the title

of the book and the author so us beginners can

talk to you veterans about gymnastics in an

intelligent manner.
