If i'm reading it right all the bottom ones are pretty much the same. I'd just get the least expensive, those set with 5 cables should be fine and will give you allot of options.

I can't vouch for the quality, but they are made from latex which is what you want.

I have the full set of lifeline cables but find i only use the lowest 5 for the prehab. Some people are happy with just one, but i like having the range myself. Since those sets are inexpensive, i'd recommend that.

Crah- have you tried light club swinging? Seeing as you are interested in your Indian traditional physical culture. I swing light clubs pretty much every day now for a few minutes in addition to the resistance cable work. its absolutely fantastic.
