Razz
HSPU is on bars/rings/off a box. HeSPU is on floor, also if your nose touches Just trying to make this less confusing
yuri marmerstein
I hit 4 full range HSPU on the pbars last night after doing a bunch of pressesthough the old russian guy tells me he used to do 10 in a row at the end of every practiceI'll get there
Nic Scheelings
Ten full rom on p-bars would be a great target, i'd love to get that. Once you've got ten i guess move to bowers.
ashita
to dan planche : hey , pretty great skill you have !I tried one time the HS clap push up , failed , i lost the balance when i get back to the floor...Diamond HSPU freestanding also , tried just one time and i could do like 50 % of the ROM.I will train for it later , too much thing to do , its crazy the number of thin i want to reach , too hard to train everything at the same time.Ten full rom on p-bars would be a great target, i'd love to get that. Once you've got ten i guess move to bowers.Personally , i cant do 10 reps on p.bars , even when i was able to do my first bower , if you speak about the " planche 90 degree push up " but called like this in the book...i was able to do maybe 5 Freestanding HSPU .... and it was with push up bar not on ground. You can already do it , no doubt. Its easier than you can think.
