First one ever today..a shitty one... but whatever.. i'm proud of it.

I have one arm stronger than the other, is continuing doing negatives good for this? or should I go back to XR Wide?

Excellent descent! Raising one arm first is not ideal, but as long as you switch arms each rep it's not a terrible thing. I think that a few more weeks of false grip pull ups and single bar russian dips will see you doing that with both arms at the same time!

Great job!

Nice work!

When doing the negatives, mix in some isometrics.

Say 5 negatives with 5 isometric holds (for 5-8 sec) each at different angles.

Roll wrists more explosevly especial right one and always keep shoulders above the wrists or further don't stay behind.

You can do it without a false grip to, because it's almost all in writs rolling and havind shoulders ahead!

And yes Like slizz already told you, both shoulders and wrists at the same time.

NICE work! Wish it was me!

You`ll get it...

The way I got it was from a bunch of deadhang pullups with chest to bar... than lots of strict XR Muscle Ups then this came.

Don`t stop 1 year ago I wasn`t able to do a strict muscle up ... now I can do 5 in a row. Patience patience patience.
