Help with WOD while at school

Hi

My school year is about to start up again and well theres a problem I have to get by. My new schedule says I have PE and weightlifting on the same day and, According to the kids at school there are both very tiring and I am worrying I won't be able to give WOD much justice. Is there any way I can still do my Gymnastic Strength Training™ while doing the workouts at school. Or should I put WOD on hold for awhile.

I wouldn't worry about your PE or weight lifting class. Intentionally lift less than you think you should. Your grade will literally be on showing up and showing SOME kind of improvement. They can't grade you on how much improvement you do, there's simply no way to estimate or anticipate how anyone's body will develop ahead of time. Same thing with PE. It will be as hard as you make it. PE class will pretty much just be cardio anyways, and won't really affect your strength training.

Keep in mind that people who think those things are tiring are in fairly bad shape, regardless of how they look. I used to do PE, weightlifting, and 7 hours training to fight in the same day, 7 days a week for the fighting, 5 days a week for the PE and weightlifting class was 3x per week I believe. I was 17, and I smoked at the time. I was also in excessively good shape after about 4 months of that, so keep in mind that you can certainly handle your schedule. I may be somewhat gifted in some areas, but I wasn't the most physically gifted overall. I was fairly average, but lived an above average life and through that I became far more than average. You can do the same.

Thanks I appriecate you being nice enough to talk after that one comment I made I truly am sorry for that. Your probably right I could probably go half throttle and still get a A. Don't know why I thought it would be super hard the PE teacher don't care.

Hell, if you're graded on improvement in the weight lifting field, just start out pretending you can't bench press a feather. A year of BtGB training and you'll be able to outlift the class!
