Guest Ido Portal Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 Here are a couple of interesting training clips of a young gymnast training.The first one is using the swedish bars as a station to work basic strength and flexibility and the second is ring workout. A lot of gymnastics coaches use the aproach of deviding the work into aparatus instead of physical qualities worked on. For example, as a gymnast you could train strength, technique and flexibility using the Pbars and then work the same qualities on rings. I find this aproach refreshing for someone comming from traditional training background.
