Straddle up progression

I have moved on from tuck ups to the Straddle ups. Though I am not nearly flexible enough to keep my legs outs in a V. Should I stay back at tuck ups until my flexibility has improved?

Hey Joshua, ideally yes...how is your pike? and the pancake? and what about the windmill progression?

Not great. I am following the routine as per the quiz. Doing my two lower body flexibility days one Wednesday and Saturday. I’m guessing it may be awhile till I get those down. Really tight hamstrings and lower back.
