Termination of site activity without prior notice several times a year

During 2022 and 2023, the site stopped working for a week, without prior notice, and this happened several times. I sent more than 5 emails to the support of the site and also tried to contact through the site itself, but no one answers! Just don't answer! Does anyone know what is going on with the site's support?

Customer service not responding at all.

No, but I remember the site being down 2 or 3 times earlier this year (2023).

I emailed the support team - no reply each time, but days later ... access to the site is restored.
