Alternative equipment for ham raises

In multiple variations of hamstring exercises, a partner is shown holding down the legs of the person as they do the exercise. Is there any equipment I can use as an alternative to someone holding my legs down? So far, nothing I've tried to wedge my legs underneath has been heavy enough or at the right height, so I've had to skip some of the mobility exercises.

Thanks for any advice!

Hi Joel, some students uses a stallbar, probably a door frame bar can be a substitution, there are also some alternative benches  https://gearmashers.com/top-10-nordic-bench-review-best-comparison/
