In the Tuck Planche are the knees supposed to be touching or is it okay for them to be apart a little. because mine press against the foremans. Also do the toes need to be pointed. I hope my question is clear.

Knees should be touching, try to keep your legs as tight as possible. Pressing them against the forearms reduces the strength necessary to maintain the tuck planche. Also, toes must be pointed at ALL times.

Toe point isn't really a concern unless you're going for perfect score in competition(even then completing the move is more important than small details-falling over with perfect straight body gets a high score? no). That's the sort of thing you can afford to fuss about later in a SSC when you're not struggling like crazy just to hold yourself up. In the meantime I would recommend you to focus on the things coach mentions (locked elbows, paralell to floor...) and treat everything else as secondary.

As for knee's keep them off your legs, or you'll be compromising your gains otherwise. Knee's firmly together is not necessary, except perhaps if you want a perfect score in competition....

Contrasting advice: always helpfull
