Adding deadlifts or other strength training

Hi, 

I’m about 7 weeks into my gst and already seeing some good results. 
 

Just wondering if I could add some additional strength training to my program without compromising mobility or results in gst 

adding in 4 to 5 total sets per week of deadlifts at around 5 to 6 reps (so intensity would be high). 
 

Is this possible?

Hi Adam, yes you can. I suggest in the late part of the week due to the enormous neural stress on of the deadlift. In this way, you cannot affect the other training session, especially if GST if the primary focus.
