Hey James, adapting is ok but technique comes first. for example, in the JC you should stop where the knees begin to bend and you should hold the weight closer to the body as long as you can. James Strack 27 Posted August 17, 2020 Thanks, @Alessandro Mainente I try to keep up with the tempo speed in the videos and my form can get sloppy. I'll work on correcting that.
Adam Rosner 365999 1 Posted September 13, 2020 Hello James, Thank you for sharing! My only critique is that the music you listen to would stress me out while I am working out! Haha. I usually need music that hypes me down rather than up lol. (Obviously this isn’t meant to be a serious critique) If I were you I’d probably lose the 2x4 and just hold the kettlebell, but I love the nail gun use!
James Strack 27 Posted September 14, 2020 (edited) LoL, I was just seeing if I could get people to post ways they creatively accomplish some of the exercises without having the exact equipment required. I am actually using a rubber mallet instead of the nail gun now, seems to allow me to do the form with better control. People don't tend to post much here though, except form checks. Which I'm very thankful for the ability to have form checks, and the time the coaches devote to doing that.
