hey,

Anyone here doing each element of foundation just once a week and seeing progress? i'm thinking about doing f1 + h1 elements once a week in no particular setting so it remains more flexible (i.e i could do everything in one session or divide them to upper lower core etc)

Hi Toni, the frequency depends on the level. Once a week is better if you still progressing. you can for sure take one session and split it up.
