Elevated sieza - bad ankle mobility

Hi GB

When doing the Elevated Sieza I cannot sit my weight back and keep my ankles together.  To keep my ankles together I have my butt in the air and hands on the floor in front of me.  Should I remain in this position until I can squeeze back with my ankles together?

Hi Daniel this is a very common topic that i have discussed many times in the front split section course. i think that here you can find the answer to your question.
