Glenn Howell 363857
I recently started new work hours of12 hour days, 4 days a week (ugh!) which Isn't leaving me much time for training. Thus, on my 3 days available to train, I am splitting up my training as listed in Foundations One. A - FL/SPL/HBP/RC and B - Manna/SL/SLS; alternating A-B-A, B-A-B every two weeks. Due to the infrequency of performing each movement. I imagine this will slow down my progress considerably. Turning 58 next month, maybe it won't be so bad. Anyone else working out 3xweek with an ABA-BAB frequency?
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Glenn, many of my students sometime rearrange the workout during some period of the year. sometime the body will use the new schedule for recovering better...and you can still progress without too much difference.
