Nika Fel
Hi, Is there a way to modify the training plan to include only body weight? Or are all training plans include some sort of equipment? Thanks!
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Nika, since the GST approach requires work on all the range of motion of shoulder and elbows and spine it means that we should be able to flex the elbows and extend the elbows, flex the shoulder and extend the shoulders. it is possible to arrange some exercises...but a minimum of equipment is still necessary. for example, you cannot train biceps without a bar or a pair or rings/trx. I assume rings are the preferred equipment but as a new member working his way into the program, would TRX bands satisfy the same needs?
